Q1. How long will my order take to arrive?
A1. Delivery usually takes 3–5 working days, but some remote areas may take longer.
Q2. Do you ship everywhere in Pakistan?
A2. Yes, we ship to all regions of Pakistan.
Q3. Will I receive a tracking number?
A3. Yes, once your order is confirmed, we will provide tracking details via WhatsApp or email.
Q4. Do you offer same-day delivery?
A4. Currently, same-day delivery is available only in select areas of major cities like Lahore, Karachi, and Islamabad.

Q1. What payment methods do you accept?
A1. We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) , Jazz Cash , Easypesa, NayaPay and Bank Transfers.
Q2. Can I pay via EasyPaisa or JazzCash?
A2. Yes, payments can be made via EasyPaisa and JazzCash also on Nayapay.

Returns & Refunds
Q1. Can I return a product if it’s damaged or wrong?
A1. Yes, you can request a return within 5 days if the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect (unboxing video required).
Q2. How long will it take to get my refund?
A2. Refunds are processed within 5–10 working days after we receive and inspect the returned product.
Q3. Can I return a product if I just don’t like it?
A3. Unfortunately, returns are only accepted for defective, damaged, or wrong items — not for personal dislike. Must be Provide Unboxing Video.
